Privacy policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
Massey Advertising is a sole proprietorship operated by Joe Massey, providing Google Ads management services to businesses. This policy explains what information is collected and how it is handled.
This website
This site is a static set of pages. It does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising tags, and it does not have contact forms or accounts. Nothing is collected from you by visiting it.
The site is hosted by GitHub Pages and served through Cloudflare. Those providers may log standard technical request information, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability purposes under their own privacy policies.
If you email me
When you send an email, I receive whatever you include in it, such as your name, email address, and details about your business. That information is used only to reply to you and to discuss potential or ongoing work. Email is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing and stored in my email provider's mailbox.
Client advertising data
For clients, I access advertising accounts to do the work I have been engaged to do. This can include:
- Google Ads campaign settings, budgets, keywords, and ad creative
- Aggregated performance data such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions
- Business contact information needed to communicate and invoice
This data is accessed through Google's own interfaces and official APIs, using access the client has granted. It is used only to manage and report on that client's advertising.
What I do not do
- I do not sell, rent, or trade personal information or client data.
- I do not share client account data with other clients.
- I do not use one client's data to benefit another.
- I do not buy or ingest third party marketing lists.
Service providers
I rely on a small number of established providers to operate, including Google for advertising platforms, Cloudflare for domain and email routing, GitHub for website hosting, and standard email and invoicing tools. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
Retention
Email correspondence and reporting records are kept while we are working together and for a reasonable period afterward for business and tax records. Access to a client's advertising account ends when the engagement ends, or sooner at the client's request.
Your choices
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask me to delete correspondence, and I will do so where I am not required to keep it. Clients can revoke my account access at any time directly in Google Ads.
Children
These services are provided to businesses and are not directed to anyone under 16. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
